from my private practice in London. In addition I regularly contribute to podcasts for BBC sounds, radio, national press and media platforms and advised as a health and wellbeing expert for several local & national lifestyle magazines, for which I previously wrote a regular column.
My work is wide ranging, however some of the key areas of counselling and psychotherapy I specialise in are: Stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, bullying, self-esteem/self worth, eating disorders, anger, loss and bereavement, family dynamics & relationship issues such as communication problems, conflict, affairs, divorce, separation, loss of intimacy, post natal depression, trauma, LGBTQi and identity issues.
I am qualified to Masters level as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am also qualified in CBT techniques. My practice is guided by the person centred approach
. I offer short and long term therapy. I am friendly, personable and always professional in my therapeutic practice.
My clients value the anonymity and confidentiality I offer through my professional practice. I am registered member of the BACP
and adhere to their strict professional code of ethics. I am fully insured and regularly update my skills and qualifications through CPD training days.
