My approach

Transformational Coach and Psychotherapist

As a mental health therapist, I have a flexible, blended approach to counselling and psychotherapy

I offer a flexible, blended approach to counselling and psychotherapy, designed to provide you with greater choice, convenience, and accessibility when seeking support.

Recognising that everyone’s circumstances, preferences, and therapeutic needs are unique, I tailor the way we work together to suit you. Sessions can be accessed online, by telephone, or through a combination of both, allowing you to engage in therapy in a way that feels comfortable, practical, and effective.

Remote talking therapy can offer many benefits, including increased flexibility around work, family, and other commitments, as well as the opportunity to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own environment. I have extensive experience in providing counselling and psychotherapy through online and telephone platforms and understand how to create a safe, confidential, and meaningful therapeutic space, regardless of the method of delivery.

My approach is grounded in building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and accepted is fundamental to the therapeutic process. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a space to explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop new ways of coping and moving forward.

To help you take the first step, I offer a free 10-minute introductory consultation. This initial conversation provides an opportunity for us to discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore what you would like to achieve, and consider how I may be able to support you. It also allows you to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process and helps us determine whether we feel comfortable working together.

During this consultation, we can discuss the different ways of accessing therapy and identify the option that best fits your needs and lifestyle. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and this no-obligation conversation gives you the opportunity to decide whether my approach feels right for you before committing to ongoing sessions.

Your first step towards therapy

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. My aim is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and work towards meaningful and lasting change.
