My Approach

I offer a blended approach to counselling and psychotherapy, which allows you more choice in the way you access therapy. 

I am highly skilled in face-to-face, online and telephone methods of counselling.

To start you off, I offer a free 20-minute consultation, which enables us to decide if we can work together and establish what you might want to achieve from therapy, alongside which method of access you would prefer.

If you would like to make an appointment with Lindsay you can use the online booking form to choose the type of session to suit you (Face to Face, Chat-room, Face-Time / Zoom, Phone Therapy, Skype Therapy, Text, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy).
