In-Person Therapy

I work predominantly online, offering flexibility and accessibility wherever you are. However, I recognise that for some people, there is real value in being physically ‘in the same room’ together.

For those who prefer to meet face-to-face, I offer counselling, psychotherapy and coaching from my comfortable therapy room in Putney, South-West London.

Therapy sessions usually take place weekly at a mutually agreed time, providing you with a consistent space to explore what is happening in your life, how you are feeling and the patterns or experiences that may be affecting you.

Unlike conversations with friends or family, therapy gives you the freedom to speak openly and honestly without judgement or expectation. Feelings such as anxiety, anger, grief, shame or overwhelm can become increasingly difficult when they are held in or left unexplored.

I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space where we can make sense of what you are experiencing, understand yourself more deeply and work through difficulties at a pace that feels right for you.

By exploring your thoughts, feelings and options together, you can begin to gain greater clarity about what you want and how you might move forward.

Meeting regularly also gives you valuable time between sessions to reflect on what we have explored, notice what comes up for you and consider what feels important to bring to our next conversation.

From my private practice in London I offer easy access to counselling, psychotherapy and coaching.
